Budd, Ted (R-NC) Military Construction (MILCON) Congressionally Directed Spending Requests

Senator Budd only requests congressionally directed spending (CDS) for military construction (MILCON) projects identified as planned projects in the future years defense program, identified on an unfunded priority list submitted to Congress as required by 10 U.S.C. § 222a, or on the cost-to-complete list. 

Senator Budd does not submit CDS requests for any other purpose.
