Washington, D.C. — Senator Ted Budd (R-NC) has joined Senator Marco Rubio (R-FL) and 10 other Senators to introduce S. Res 413, which calls on President Biden to use existing U.S. law to revoke the visas of foreign nationals who endorse or espouse activity in support of Hamas or other Foreign Terrorist Organizations.
Senator Budd said in a statement:
“The privilege of living in the United States is something that should be cherished. If a foreign national abuses this blessing by supporting Hamas or another Foreign Terrorist Organization, they should no longer be allowed to stay in this country. I thank Senator Rubio for leading this effort.”
Senator Rubio said:
“It is a blessing to live in America and any individual that is promoting Hamas should have that privilege revoked. Republicans are united in calling on President Biden to enforce current law and revoke the visas of any foreign national who support Hamas or any other Foreign Terrorist Organization.”
